Volunteers Help to Process Artifacts

As a non-profit organisation , the Cataraqui Archaeological Research Foundation relies extensively on the help of volunteers who are trained at the Kingston Archaeological Centre, and who assist with the many aspects of the archaeological process. Volunteers participate actively in archaeology through washing, labelling, and cataloguing artifacts. As well, they help to keep the Centre running smoothly by assisting with the maintainance of our library and of our interpretive display. If you are interested in doing your part for archaeology in Eastern Ontario by volunteering at the Kingston Archaeological Centre, please contact us.
